Since ARCHICAD 19 was released there are two placement methods for Labels, you will find these methods only in the Info Box after selecting the Label tool.
The Associated method is used for Labels that will detect the content of the element clicked with the label (e.g. Composite label).
The Independent label will allow you to place a label that won’t connect to the element clicked, you will use this method for Cadimage Keynotes or using the text labels.
